THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE ONLINE TICKET SALES SERVICE GOVERN THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF TICKETS FOR THE LISBON CLASSICAL NIGHTS CONCERTS

1. Purpose and scope of application

These Terms aim to define the conditions for the sale of tickets for shows established between Lisbon Classical Nights and the user through the virtual ticket office.
Browsing the website and electronically purchasing any ticket for a show or public entertainment implies acceptance of these Terms of Use for the Online Ticket Sales Service.
Lisbon Classical Nights reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use without prior notice, with any changes published on this website.
Tickets sold on this page are reserved for individuals.

2. Information on content

The reproduction, transfer, distribution, or storage of the content on these website pages is prohibited for purposes other than strictly personal use.
Lisbon Classical Nights reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offers presented regarding products, prices, promotions, commercial terms, and services.
Introducing links to this website, regardless of purpose, without prior authorization is expressly prohibited. Using this domain abusively and without prior authorization is subject to legal action by Lisbon Classical Nights. If you find links on other websites that direct you to this site, please note that Lisbon Classical Nights is not responsible for the origin of the page or its content.
All efforts have been made to ensure that the information presented here is free of typographical errors, and Lisbon Classical Nights will promptly correct any that occur.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All texts, comments, works, illustrations, creations, and images reproduced or displayed on this website are duly protected by their respective copyright, worldwide. Under the terms of the Copyright Code and Related Rights, they may only be used for private purposes, without prejudice to more restrictive provisions in the mentioned Code.
Any total or partial reproduction or representation of this website or its elements is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Company names, trademarks, and distinctive signs reproduced on the site are protected under applicable industrial property laws. Reproducing or representing any of these signs is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from their respective owners.

4. Responsibilities

Lisbon Classical Nights is not responsible for damages arising from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions, or system disconnections that may temporarily prevent access, navigation, or service provision to Users.

5. Obligations of customers and users

The Customer and User agree to comply with and respect these Terms of Use for the Online Ticket Sales Service, specifically:

  • Refraining from introducing, storing, or disseminating defamatory, obscene, offensive, xenophobic, or any other content that violates general principles of law and public order;

  • Not using false identities;

  • Providing accurate personal data and e-mail addresses so Lisbon Classical Nights can properly process ticket sales.

Users are expressly prohibited from transmitting messages or information that are harmful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that infringe on the privacy or intellectual/industrial property rights of third parties, as well as providing any information that may harm third parties or the website owner.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to Lisbon Classical Nights.
Lisbon Classical Nights is not liable for any delays or inability to process ticket sales resulting from errors or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

6. Ticket availability and online sales process

Ticket selection is carried out in real time. Accordingly, Lisbon Classical Nights' server informs the Customer in real time about ticket availability during the sales process.
The purchase process allows the Customer to select desired seats from the available options.
Completion of the purchase process implies that the Customer has acknowledged and expressly accepts these Terms of Use for the Online Ticket Sales Service.
The data recorded by Lisbon Classical Nights constitutes proof of the transactions carried out between Lisbon Classical Nights and the Customer.
Once the purchase is completed, an automatic email confirming the transaction will be sent. The sale of tickets for shows is only definitively concluded and binding on Lisbon Classical Nights after the confirmation email has been sent.

7. Ticket prices and maximum number of tickets

Ticket prices for shows (face value) are indicated in euros and do not include fees or possible shipping costs as provided in these Terms of Use.
Depending on the events, various ticket categories may be offered to the Customer. Unless stated otherwise, the total number of tickets reserved per person cannot exceed 10 for the same show.
A Customer is not allowed to make multiple orders over time to bypass this limitation.
All orders, regardless of origin, must be paid in euros.

8. Payment methods

Please note that the validation of ticket sales implies the Customer’s obligation to pay the price.
When purchasing tickets on the website, the Customer may use the following payment methods:​

  • Visa credit card

  • MasterCard credit card

  • PayPal

For all payments made by credit card, the card will be charged at the time of final validation of the ticket sale.
Depending on the events and the number of days remaining until the event, some of the payment methods listed above may not be available.

9. Ticket delivery

The Customer will receive their electronic tickets (a PDF document sent to their email) after payment validation.
The Customer must either print or display the electronic ticket sent by Lisbon Classical Nights via email upon entry.
Lisbon Classical Nights is not obligated to issue duplicate tickets in cases of loss, theft, or robbery.
Some events are organized by external entities, and Lisbon Classical Nights assumes no responsibility for any issues related to them.

Security: Printed electronic tickets feature a unique barcode. The validity of the tickets is checked and recorded at the entrance using a barcode scanner. A spectator cannot be admitted to a venue more than once with the same ticket.
Ticket reproduction is prohibited. Only the first person presenting the ticket will be admitted to the venue, and they are presumed to be the legitimate ticket holder. Keep your ticket in a safe place.

Lisbon Classical Nights may deny entry to the venue if multiple prints, reproductions, copies, or imitations of an electronic ticket are in circulation and if access has already been granted to the holder of one such copy.
Lisbon Classical Nights is not required to verify the identity of the person presenting the ticket to confirm it matches the purchaser, nor to verify the authenticity of the ticket.
A holder of an electronic ticket who is denied entry for any of the reasons above is not entitled to a refund.
Lisbon Classical Nights assumes no liability for anomalies that may occur during the sale process or the printing of electronic tickets, including loss, theft, robbery, or illegal use of the purchased ticket. The Customer will not receive any duplicate, certificate, or reissued ticket, apart from the ticket sent by email for printing.

10. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds

Tickets purchased on the website are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, in the event that a ticket holder is unable to attend a concert or, for any reason, will not be able to show up, they may contact Lisbon Classical Nights to inquire if they are eligible for a refund, provided they can offer due justification for their absence. Please note that all refund requests will be subject to analysis by Lisbon Classical Nights, and the decision to issue a full or partial refund will be at our sole discretion.
If a show does not take place at the scheduled location, date, or time, or if the program or main performers are replaced, or if the show is interrupted, the show promoter is responsible for refunding the ticket price to spectators, excluding any additional fees paid by the Customer to Lisbon Classical Nights, including commissions.

In case of interruption of the show due to force majeure after its start, no refund will be issued. Under applicable law, force majeure includes unpredictable events whose effects occur independently of the promoter's will, such as fires, floods, cyclones, earthquakes, and other natural causes that directly prevent the show from taking place.

When a ticket refund is applicable, it will only be processed for the Customer who purchased the ticket and upon presentation of a printed copy of the electronic ticket. No refund or compensation will be provided for any additional expenses incurred.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use for the Online Ticket Sales Service are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes or disagreements regarding the interpretation of these terms will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
If the Customer resides outside mainland Portugal, Lisbon Classical Nights hereby informs that any legal proceedings must be filed with the Portuguese Courts.

12. Access conditions

Entry will be denied to anyone behaving or appearing to behave aggressively or contrary to public order.
It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Enter the venue with objects deemed dangerous;

  • Bring animals;

  • Bring food products.

Smoking is also prohibited inside the venue.
